Yes, it’s at Voltastraat 30-32 in Zwolle, the Netherlands.

Are all products in the shop available from stock?
Nearly all products are in stock but we advise you to contact our customer service department if you want to be sure.

 Is there a paper catalogue?
Yes, you can order it from Gifts & More.

How can I contact Gifts & More?
You can contact us by telephone, fax and email. Check out the ‘Customer service’ page for more details.

How can I pay for my order?
By transferring the amount payable (internet banking), Credit card, PayPal and I-Deal.

The order isn't complete yet, can it be sent anyway?
Yes, if you arrange for that with Gifts & More.

What happens if an order cannot be delivered?
You will receive a refund.

What should I do if there's a problem?
If you have a problem, our Customer service staff will help you.

The product doesn’t meet up with my expectations, what now?
In that case, you have the right to return the product to Gifts & More within 7 days of receiving it, the postage costs are for you. You will receive a refund for the purchase price.

Can I still alter my order?
You can, as long as the order has not been sent.

I haven’t received confirmation of my order, what should I do?
In that case, contact our Customer service department.
