Article 2. Liability
2.1 Gifts & More cannot be held responsible for damages to any property of the buyer.

2.2 In the event of damages to the buyer’s property, the buyer should approach the transporter.

2.3 Should the transporters and buyer not reach agreement, Gifts & More can act as a mediator.

Article 3. Payment
3.1 Pay in advance through our HSBC bank account in London, via PayPal or with Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card payments. You may also opt to pay upon receipt by invoice.

3.2 If you opt to pay upon receipt, then please settle the outstanding amount within 14 days of invoice date to one of our bank accounts.

Article 4. Delivery
4.1 The delivery time is usually 3 or 4 workdays. Your order will be delivered alongside the lorry on a pavement by DPD or TNT parceltranport.

4.2 Your delivery location may be changed in consultation with the driver.

4.3 If the driver is not able to deliver the goods to the delivery location required by the buyer, this is not a valid reason for cancellation of the order, in accordance with article 4.1 of the Terms of Delivery of Gifts & More.

4.4. If the buyer decides not to accept such non-deliverable goods, he must compensate Gifts & More for their value. This means that the buyer must pay the costs already occurred, to Gifts & More. As far as the transport costs are concerned, this means payment of both the delivery and return costs of the order.

4.5 Island deliveries may be subject to an extra charge and our normal delivery times may no longer apply.

4.6 Cancellations can only be made until the time at which the goods have not yet been loaded on the lorry.

Article 5. Complaints/returned goods
5.1 Complaints and returns should be submitted in writing or made by telephone to Gifts & More within 14 days of delivery.

5.2 The goods may not be returned without prior permission from Gifts & More.

5.3 If the buyer wishes to exchange the goods supplied, the transport costs are for the account of the buyer, for both delivery and return.

5.4 If there is a shortcoming in the delivery of the goods ordered by the buyer, the costs of delivery and return will be for the account of Gifts & More.

5.5 It is possible to return goods within 14 days after purchase, for any reason. The transport costs are for the account of the buyer, for both delivery and return.
